We have worked with Socrates for over 15 years!  He's extremely knowledgable, goes above and beyond, and really cares about his clients.  He knows the condo market cold.  There is so much supply in the condo market and everything looks the same.  Socs can help you cut through the noise.  He knows the layout, features, maintenance issues, etc of individual buildings.  My brother worked with him to buy his first condo, and is very happy with his purchase four years later. We received a referral for Socrates from a friend while interviewing real estate agents. At the time, Socrates was traveling abroad, but even remotely, his presentation stood out so much that we decided to hire him.

He was incredible at planning the sale of our home. During a discussion about decluttering, he reassured us by saying that even if we couldn't handle it ourselves, he would make sure it got done.
